Great group of professionals! We had a party of 10 with one child seat. Everything was ready when they said it would be. The route to Old Town was well marked and very safe. There are many activities available in Scottsdale, we think we picked a winner by going with Pedego on our self guided electric bike ride. Everyone had so much fun. Everyone had a good experience and we do it again with Jon Auntie his crew. Thank you for making this special occasion. They great experience.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Pedego bikes are generally high quality and work well but are on the heavy side; one of those rented to us needed minor throttle maintenance. Shop is very conveniently located to the major Scottsdale bike path.Your rental time begins to run from the time you take possession of the bike even if it takes 5-10 minutes to get everything adjusted properly.

Thank you to Ed and Jon. Ed met us at opening and lined us up with the right bikes for the type of riding we wanted to do. He also provided plenty of water for the ride. Additionally he had some different trail options for us to consider and they worked out great. Met Jon when we came back. Pleasant, knowledgeable people. We had a great time!

I would give you a 2 rating. My brother's bike broke down. Faulty valve stem. Our ride was about 2.5 hours. You didn't have the staff to pick he and him bike up. We had to go get it ourselves. You charged my wife and I $170 and gave my brother a$30 discount. No way to run a business!

Four of us rented bikes on a Sunday afternoon. It was so fun! The Pedego staff were very helpful to point us to a great area to explore on bikes. The bikes were in excellent condition. I would highly recommend them and the next time we’re visiting Phoenix we will rent bikes from Pedego again!
